Please plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 p.m. for our ceremony. If you're taking the complimentary shuttle from The Hotel Hershey, there will be two departures: one at 3:15 p.m. and another at 3:30 p.m. Please arrive a few minutes early so the shuttles can leave on time.

Complimentary return shuttles to The Hotel Hershey will depart from King Mansion at 8:15 p.m., 9:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m., and 10:30 p.m. Feel free to catch whichever shuttle works best for your evening.

Keep the celebration going with us at our after party, located in the Overlook Room at The Hotel Hershey. A cash bar and late-night bites will be provided. If you plan to attend, we recommend taking the 10:00 p.m. shuttle from King Mansion back to the hotel so you can join us for the full evening of festivities.
